i truly think that the clex murder suicide in smallville shouldve worked and the good guys have to race against the clock to get clark revived before he can never come back to life again and they find clark's soul (which is more like a little blob of light than a ghost that looks 1-to-1 like him) and lex's is wrapped around it like tree roots, just totally enmeshed, and the souls make this sortve high pitched screeching as the team works to disentangle them that shatters windows and other glass and makes tables shake and wood creak ominously, and chloe is there reassuring this noncorporeal representation of clark that she knows it hurts but they've almost got the rot out, lex wont be able to hurt him anymore soon, and they get the souls separated and clark put back in his body (and presumably they must do the same with lex's corpse who they have in a jail cell for safety, otherwise the procedure wont work) and clark wakes up with a gasp and he's trembling like a fawn and gagging and in obvious agony and he just keeps asking "where's lex," and they realize he is not asking because he's afraid of a threat, he's asking because clark had been holding on just as tightly as lex was in their little soulblob forms and the screeching was because NEITHER wanted to be seperated and clark starts sobbing "put me back, put me back" and lex is awake and enraged and throwing himself against the bars of his cell because he can FEEL that clark is nearby but cant see him, and they wont calm down until theyre back together and holding each other, and it turns out little ripped off pieces of their souls were left behind in each other and they have a permanent link to each other now, and everyone who is presumably a good guy is really really really uncomfortable with the enmeshment soulbond of these two
i blacked out what was i saying? the show doesnt have to do all that other stuff but i do stand by that the murder suicide shouldve worked
I know that ragnarok, SL's spinoff is about jin-woo's son. But there's something really bothering me about the final 2 volumes of the manwha and the spinoff itself. If jinwoo "won", if he beat the monarchs, turned back time, and beat them again, why is he gone from his son's life at the beginning of it? Where did he disappear to? I mean, hes still the Shadow Monarch in those last 2 volumes, 14 and 15? Can he never show the shadows/his powers to anybody? Does he have to hide that forever, and in addition, why does his son have so much magic?
The whole 'defeat the monarchs first' premise was to keep the gates from opening. So why does Suho become a Player at all? The Gates open again and all the hunters awaken again. Doesn't that defeat everything Jinwoo worked and bleed for during the whole series? It just makes it all seem so pointless after, knowing what he and all the other Hunters went through in the Series. It makes my soul hurt, thinking the Cup failed to prevent this alt timeline from actually going as it was planned.
Wow. There's a pretty clear concept that shouldn't have needed explaining but did it so cleanly. Brava
no matter how terrible my day is. i can always end my day in bed imagining fictional characters making out sloppy style and fucking raw. and that's beautiful. there's some good in this world mister frodo and it's worth fighting for

Sober as fuck at the back of the club going onto Wikipedia and typing "List of birds"
a red string of fate can be a leash. if you're enlightened
You know technology literacy is dying because I saw this meme with 76k likes
F11 the full screen button? You’re scared of the full screen button? F10?? It opens the menu bar???
Computers are so scary what if I accidentally hit F12 in a steam game and it takes a screenshot. What if I press shift + F12 while in word and accidentally save my document 😖
If you had to learn what the F keys on your computer do through me reblogging this post, then I'm glad you did. Computer literacy is not a skill that gets taught anymore, and it is absolutely one that needs to be taught in order to be learned. Don't ever feel bad for not knowing something, but ☝️ don't ever stop learning learning about your environment, the tools you use, and especially the people around you
Never stop learning+ Never stop sharing what you learned
Sometimes ur fat bc u were born that way. Ur parents are fat, ur cousins are fat, u always have been fat.
And sometimes, you become fat. Something happened (puberty, change in diet, change in ability, anything) and someone who was once skinny is now fat. This doesnt make you a failure. It just means ur fat now. Its okay. You didnt do something wrong.
No matter how you are fat, its okay to be fat
That anything also includes trauma and stressors.
and of course: no discernable reason. It's okay to be fat for no reason at all.
Being fat is not a symptom of anything.

unfortunate truth of reality is that oftentimes 15 year olds will say/do/believe some stupid bullshit because they are 15 but telling them that they believe that because they are 15 is probably the most counterproductive thing in the entire universe

the whole "insulting someone based on their appearance is bad because it could indirectly hurt people you like who share that feature" is a good start for unlearning body shaming but i do think we need to go further and remind people that even if there was some physical trait that was magically 10000% exclusive to conservatives and creeps and nobody else ever had it, we still shouldnt be insulting them based on that. because the problem with them is not their appearance its their ideology and actions. by insulting their appearance you arent just indirectly insulting others who look like that, youre literally not making the correct point. stay on topic ya know.

i really thought the point of "being lgbt+ doesn't absolve you of racism as a white person" was that white people arent absolved of racism by being marginalized but it really seems like people think other marginalizations make it okay. no being disabled doesn't do it. no being poor doesnt do it. we need to fight against racism actively no matter what.
it bothers me when someone brings up misogyny in shounen anime and people shrug it off with "its designed for teenage boys, what can you expect." like well. idk i think its actually pretty important that shows for teenage boys are normal about women. i mean i think all media should be normal about women but teenagers are impressionable i think we could put a little bit of feminism in the teenage boy shows. it might do some good. you never know.
