It`s certainly has been a while since a new sled was up. Well, I spend the time in the R&D hut and put together some new methods to build this beauty. A nice cork deck is blended into the pauwlonia body your family with. Does this board a notch lighter, will dampen the ride and is just a breeze to dance on with unreal grip where ever you step on thanks to the natural characteristics of cork.

It`s alive! As Dr. Frankenstein was saying once, it seams that I unleashed my very own beast. Not good, not bad - a simple piece of wood with many details and ideas inside - the “Frankenstein” evolve core.

The rumors are no rumors anymore. My claims ar now on the test side to be proven. Regarding the used materials it surprisingly light. The overall material consumption and waist production decreases once again.

To cook these soup I used just wood, white glue, natural oil varnish, Futre Fin Boxes and a bit of bio resin to glue the fin boxes and the leash plug in place. That´s it!

I always wanted to show that these kind of surfboards are possible. Possible to build, possible to surf and possible to effort. From my experience over a dozen build boards, they are durable without being glassed and will last you for a little eternity.

My chemistry teacher toled me once "if you start using chemistry, you have to stick with it" and even if he never was thinking about the methods to build a surfboard - he was right. If you use any foam material, which comes obviously from any sort of chemistry, you have to stick to chemicals. Wether it is the glue you have to use or other  materials to combine everything into a surfboard.

But if you limit your material stock to a natural basis you have other ways to combine everything. Ways which are not involve toxic or harmful materials. Ways which might have a smaller overall footprint. Ways which might be just smarter, if you consider it with a different perspective. It`s now possible, it`s now here. Return to zero and start all new again.

Well ... everything new I would say. I used the last couple of days, weeks, months to rethink almost everything. Should I quit or should I go on. Which way should I go and where will it take me than. At least I started again - all new. And found the truth behind the phrase "close a door and a new one will open up for you".

I quit making hollow boards, as it is way to time consuming to me and does not match all of the attributes I wanted to achieve since I diced to build my own boards as I didn´t found any commercial available board which suits my needs and wishes.

Since now I had to go through all kind of compromises, wether it was the environmental friendliness, the weight, the durability or just the complexity of building it. But getting my mind around a nother construction method I opened up a path by accident which leads me to the surfboard of my imagination - the surfboard of my dreams.

It is made interlay from natural resources, precise reproducible and does not involve any toxic adhesives, glass fiber, epoxys, other chemicals or substances like foam.

The Construction is solid with the perfect blend of flex, durability and weight. It is easy to use with no need of any vent or other hooks. Sure there is an aspect which hinders other people doing this for years now, as this all sounds to good to be true. The pure material and working coasts of such a board are not competitive with popstickel boards which you can buy for 200 bucks.

But for me it`s worth it! And even if never someone els will effort this price, I will build up my personal quiver using this very own technique giving me the freedom I was looking for.

I do not have a businesses jet but will response to everybody  as soon as possible, looking for a solution to solve your request. In the last couple of years I just build a hand full of boards and I will stick to this in future for now.
