my friend ignoring me for days but seeing my ig stories made me realize i should stop telling them everything all the time like. i’ll just keep it to myself and not reply fast enough lol i put too much energy on people and they are just living their lives. so i need to live mine and let it go a bit. it’s not healthy for me to deposit this much energy in someone. thats why i don’t work on dating apps bc no one talks there, the convo gets stale and im the person who wants to talk frequently!!! (yes i have a job and get busy but i can reply on lunch break or when i get home)
