A better look at Revelry's head situation. Technically this entire upper body connected to the tongue is the real head of revelry. Nobody's quite sure why they ended up with an entire human torso as their human face, but it's there now!
They do not wear clothes. Much to the chagrin of several people around them.
Intelligent alien species based on bugs but specifically those moths that don’t have mouths and only live for a week after they pupate. This species’ whole conscious life is actually in the larval phase; larvae are the ones considered people, larvae are the ones with conscious and complex brains who build society, and each instar of the larva is treated as a different phase of life. Larvae become emotionally and socially and cognitively mature without ever becoming sexually mature. When they pupate, they metamorphose into something different and strange and close to mindless, with no mouth and no digestive system, whose only instincts are to mate and then quickly die. Metamorphosis is treated, functionally, like a person’s death, and the imago phase is a kind of proto-afterlife of majestic flight and the continuation of the species. Birth and death inextricably intertwined. Sex is not something people do during their lives, it’s a thing that is done as an imago after you’ve passed on from your life but before you return to the soil in death. Resultant eggs are collected by family members to raise. I think this would be fun.
K’daolo, a patron of the k’daok’dalo(that flesh tube lookin thing). They uphold certain ceremony rights alongside other patrons and act as a guardian over the herd. They’re quite apathetic towards their position, but superstitious enough to not abandon it.
While many from the desert have built a tolerance for meat, they can’t rely on a purely carnivorous diet. K’daolo eats an 80% meat diet to mirror their patron animal. However, this comes with malnourishment and lacking the astaxanthin pigment that gives their skin a yellow coloration and protects them from the sun. Little plants also affects their luciferin levels, making their bioluminescence very weak.

Two more kee characters. They've existed in my worldbuilding for a while but I have been more recently exploring them in more detail.
These are Lucien (left) and Mona (right). Their names in Z'shi//--'ee are Ah'oo'har//--'weit'-- (roughly translates as "star") and Ah'oo'har//hu'tt'sd (roughly translates as "Moon") respectively.
They are ex-cliquemates of Sunbeam and Viola and don't have much correspondence with them anymore. Lucien is adamant about maintaining distance while Mona feels deeply uncomfortable about the whole thing
They are both of proximal kee ancestry and have partial melanism. This is relatively common in proximal kee populations and causes their dark top countershading to be dark grey instead of the more common teal.
Revelry. Despite being overtly draconic in appearance, they're still classified as a sphinx. A Sphinx in Skyfall is any quadrupedal beast with a human-ish face and a propensity for trickster behavior who's displayed deific powers.
Revelry themselves has taken up the station of a sort of religious figure due to being one of a hanful of sphinxes who have displayed the ability to place a soul back into a body (any body) after death and currently resides in a temple.
This creature is a weird mix of leopard seal, orca and eel. Its general body shape is similiar to a Bengon. While it has gills, it can also breathe out of the water as long as its skin is wet.
It's 5m long and weights about 800kg, its temperament is unknown

Is there something that describes why uniima are shaped like that, I want to know why Neal is 70% head or what environment conditions would make a creature like that

I wouldn't say 70%, but I get your point. Uniima are visually a little top-heavy. And that is because the head is one giant hand (and it is very distantly derived from a limb).
Because they are arboreal, their arms and legs aren't always available. The trees most favored by them also aren't branched like those favored by apes, like us - imagine an alien redwood.
Because of this, their ancestors have had part of their tongue and their upper sensory organs turn into manipulators along with the beak, and their middle eyes move deeper into the mouth area. This way, they got to solve more complex tasks and get into more difficult food items. Any branches can also be grabbed by the big jaws to move the body elsewhere, and a practiced individual can use their head and body motion to launch themselves a great distance onto a different surface, ideally catching onto something with their beak for support.
The head, while large, isn't too massive. The vocal organs take up most of the skull space, meaning majority is filled with air while the rest hosts complex nerves, eyes, muscles, and mostly hollow bones (they are stronger in the jaws). The true brain is in the chest.
So these skulls aren't as heavy as they seem.
And about Neal, since you mentioned him. He's the worst example for the species because he barely has any basic knowledge of the species.
Being raised by slomen and being very insecure about his appearance and behavior, you will never see him actually use his head to do anything, and to him, it only gets in the way and frustrates him. It is probably his biggest insecurity.
He did use his jaws as a baby, but as a witch, he did get some motor issues, making him very shaky while holding anything in the beak and putting pressure on it. He now hides this well, but also has comparatively extremely weak jaws.
His actual way of manipulating the world is with his hands, like slomen. This is not unique to him, uniima can use their limbs for things, but discriminate less between front and back limbs. They do this more for support than the default though, none of their hands have opposable fingers, and their large claws get in the way (and heavily arboreal communities don't want to risk losing them).
Neal doesn't have functioning claws. They were gutted at a very young age. For the same reason, he's also missing some fingers.
His tool use causes him pain. But it would be really impressive to a uniima observer!

A damaged picture of a Representative of the Confederate Ouhrm Countries (left) the head of communal construction (right) posing in front of the Kihrklikre kohrEaahrKr.
A collaborative project built on the stridian homeplanet resembling an enormous Ouhrmtree, a central symbol of life and afterlife in chirper religions. Besides being the first on-planet cultural good made by both species, this story holds another advancement in multiple ways.
While physical qaulities technically made it possible, neither Chirper nor Strider had been on the others' planet without an exosuit, despite collaborative research having taken place for around 20 years.
The theory of Panspermia was still hotly debated and the fear of a xenoviral infection spreading across the immunally unprepared masses was high.
Cue shenanigans
These dingeldongs made a drinking bet with the construction crew that they couldn't get a picture of this bigass thing they built together with them in it without being spotted.
This was especially enticing since the official reveal wasn't supposed to mention the crew who had built this structure (under harrowing safety conditions no less). The Representative upped the stakes in a reckless removing of her exosuit and wearing fine attire she had brought instead
It was a bit of a petty scandal
but after a a good few months of quarantine and long term diagnostics, no vital signs had changed in either individual from prior records, being a major hit to the common fear of alien virus goo.
it must be mentioned that decades after this a few individuals had been found with alien proteins within their systems and one instance of an individual dying of a 'xeno-prion disease' though no other instances of such an ailment have been recorded.

Along with simple attire The rep is wearing dustmasks for his intakes and a chest emblem of prepared ouhrm bark and rope, the emblem of the joined intersolar force brandished in the middle (you can see a sketch of it below).
The head of construction most notable accessory is a burdenous token that has been lodged into its frontal thorax cavity. Burdenous tokens are given to leaders and people who carry responsibility, they often symbolize through physical impairment or obstruction what the wearer is obligated to.
This one hinders the wearer from retracting its head into said thorax cavity, symbolizing the alertness who must show to protect those during construction it is managing. It also suffered damage to the front of its face and the trunk, hiding the damage wit a decorative trunkpiece
