Jacky hesitates, wondering if she’s truly dismissing him - but he is far too eager to leave her presence. He stumbles in his haste to bow and turn away. "Perhaps," she says again, voice soft, even as the word snaps at his heels.

Paid the first of the years bills this morning, which really seems to make the year feel like its actually started now.

I missed working on Jacky, and I always need practice on lighting. 

To think, though, that 13 year old me absolutely hated drawing trees!
