After 5 days of wearing the shackles, basically have find the correct measurements. Since the shackle and chains can hide perfectly under the pants, no problem in daily work and activities. When at home, learnt from the Thailand inmates, tied the chain to knee area to lift the chain up for easy movement. The length of chains between the legs allows free and easy movements.
