I am 22 years old (this is not the punchline). I ordered a macchiato for the first time and the lady serving me absolutely knew it was my first time. I lowkey did pronounce it wrong and she corrected me and then asked if I wanted it long or short, I proceeded to say "shorttt???". Apparently that's just a shot of espresso with foam on it? sounds buns asf. Needless to say I got a long one in the end after asking her to explain what that meant. My friend pulled up google images 'macchiato' while we waited for the order. That coffee might be the most foul thing I've ever tasted thank god for low calorie sweetner (typa shit an #anaangel is saying). I'm not ordering this fuck ass drink again
