Being an INFP I care a lot what others think of me or talk about me. And when someone says ´Stop Giving A Fuck About What Other People Think of You´ sounds like mission impossible. The ideas like ‘Training yourself not to care’ and ‘Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway` seems more effective way to deal with fears.
Facing my fears...
I ask myself often, ‘What would I regret not doing in my life, if I were to die?’.  And every time my answer would be blogging, sharing my experience, inspiring people to follow their heart.
Even though at this digital age it’s so easy to start blogging, something kept me away from doing it…maybe self-doubt, fear of looking stupid, always wanting to do things perfectly…
But here I am, writing my first post for this blog, facing my fears, and finally doing something that I was dreaming about for a long time. And I hope I can inspire you to do something that it’s not comfortable or you’re afraid of, but you’re dreaming about it secretly for so long time now.
I love Steve Pavlina's quote: ‘Fear is not your enemy. It is a compass pointing you to the areas where you need to grow.’
What would you regret not doing in your life, if you were to die? What would you do, if you weren’t afraid?
Be wild & free, my friend.
