stacia saw my cuts. i'm a piece of shit.

i still write out suicide notes in hopes my mom finds them before it’s too late. i’m silently screaming for help. i’m torn between wanting to be saved, and pushing everyone away so i can leave without anyone stopping me.

it makes me feel like shit knowing that i'm so fucking ungrateful for my life. i'm healthy, have a home and a caring family, and yet i still pray every night to not wake up the next day. i still tear my skin apart and watch blood drip down the drain. i still pop any pills i can find and drown myself in alcohol. why can't i just be fucking happy for once?
