Morning spread

- crispy garlicky sardines, kimchi and purple sweet potato (i sauteed 2 okras with it but i ate them before the pic)

- gotu kola (brahmi) and green tea blend

- electrolyte water (lemon/lime celtic salt)

- cherry, blueberry, banana, kefir smoothie with goji berries, ashwaghanda, maca, and collagen

St. John’s Day passionflower forage—tonight I focused on finding flowers to mix into my dried leaves. The sun finally came out to say hello at the very end of Midsummer Day.

silly salad of shaved fennel, radish, romaine, pear and feta, for one

red radish juice extracted with lemon juice and salt, a little dijon in the dressing and some obligatory dashes of sherry vinegar on top
