I tend to forget that weight loss can be relaxed. I don’t need to bust my ass at the gym 5 days a week, I can go swimming or do yoga or a YouTube video, I can go for a walk or go bouldering with friends. I don’t need to eat perfectly clean, who cares about a tiny donut? I got so much time, I don’t need to lose 5kg in a month. Obsessing over being perfectly healthy ain’t particularily healthy. Gotta remind myself once in a while.

this! i lost 10 pounds just by walking in the morning which i love to do, and not eating tons of junk food in between meals. i thought i had to break up with pizza. I DID NOT.

Before you get mad at your partner for not doing what you expect them to do, Stop and ask yourself “have I ever communicated to them that I have this expectation?” If you have not, it’s unfair to expect them to read your mind.

So many arguments are saved by just opening your mouth and saying “hey hun, in the future can you….” Whether its articulating how you like to be loved, supported, or communicated with, you have to open your mouth. Your soul mate (IMO) isn’t the person that just always knows what you need when you need it without you telling them. Your soul mate is the person who hears your needs and thinks “I have no problem doing that because I love this person with my whole heart”

So check your attitude and open your mouth. Closed mouths don’t get fed.

The worst part is she votes for The Shape of Water in almost every category, but doesn’t even consider Octavia Spencer for best supporting actress in that movie because she thinks Octavia is acting the same role in every movie? Which isn’t true and just seems so much like an excuse.

And she keeps dissmissing Get Out in every category it is nominated in. She keeps saying it’s not oscar worthy.
