        𝑙𝑒𝑔𝑒𝑛𝑑 ℎ𝑎𝑠 𝑖𝑡 that there was a fisherman who lived along widow's cove coast with his wife and people said he was a good provider to his family, devoted to the sea – until one season when the storms lingered longer than anticipated. drawn to the cliffs above the water as if listening for something no one else could hear, some claimed he spoke often of a song carried into town from the ocean, calling to him whenever tides were high. one night, in the middle of a bad storm, he climbed to the highest peak now known as 𝑑𝑟𝑜𝑤𝑛𝑒𝑑 𝑚𝑎𝑛'𝑠 𝑝𝑜𝑖𝑛𝑡 and whether he believed the sea was calling him home or simply followed the sound too far, no one knows. at widow's cove, stories like these are never just stories. it seems like the town has a way of holding onto secrets until they resurface when you least expect it. no matter how much time passes or how far someone tries to distance themselves, what’s buried rarely stays that way because at widow's cove, everything finds its way back.

this is such a good question. i'd personally love to see the following occupations: psychic or astrologer, a sommelier, some rodeo cowboys, professional surfer, a wedding planner, a barista (surprised we don't have one yet), an art gallery owner, a hairdresser, a makeup artist, a mortician, or a tour guide. just to name a few that we do not have yet, and we do still have mun slots open so don't be afraid to come take a look at widow's cove server !

purely humans only, but we’re okay with light supernatural elements such as mediums, people who can see ghosts, and other “spooky” undertones. because of town lore, i’m sure locals have their own ghost stories or “experiences” they can’t quite explain. we’re okay with supernatural elements considering the entire premise of the town/rp. we just ask that whenever it comes to writing out scenes or anything involving supernatural elements, to run it by the other mun and make sure they’re okay with it.
