Stinker is coming...

A diet with plenty of fiber makes all the difference. I grimace when I see vids of people taking several minutes just to do the deed. The typical western diet causes constipation.

You’re welcome to try. Whether you get a response is entirely dependent on just what you mean by ‘stuff’.

Eat a big meal with a lot of fiber and augment with psyllium husk if you’re crazy like me. Pretty simple really.

They are a cheap generic that I obtained a large number of a few years ago. They are not made with plastic backing anymore unfortunately. So thin I use two at a time usually.

It is inversely proportional to your ability to ask interesting, meaningful, and/or insightful questions.

Good for you man. I kept it all from my parents for many years living with them. Be patient and know that it will get better!
