A witchās body slowly being consumed and/or replaced by their ābranchā of magic.
Like a witch who focuses on botany and horticulture of magic plants starts growing lichen from their back, then branches, and eventually after centuries, becomes a towering tree.
A necromancer paying the price with their own limbs. Eventually, even sewing themselves together wonāt save them.
An illusion-caster losing their reflection, then their body becomes see-through, and finally theyāre unable to be seen by others. All they have now is their illusions to keep them company.
