One of the funniest beer labels I've ever encountered. We understand it's meaning right away because the visual reinforces the name. The illustration of the rams butting heads and a big flash in the background isn't unattractive but the use of blue and yellow together gives it a cheap look to it. The gradient in the name doesn't appeal to me. The entire shape of the logo looks like a mountain on top and then is just rounded at the bottom. Tons of extra stroking that might not have been necessary. Overall, clear message but the only appeal to it is maybe its name. I would purchase this beer just to share the hilarious name with my friends and if it tastes good, that's great, and if it doesn't, oh well, at least I shared a good laugh. The logo has potential but needs an overhaul.

This is actually one of my favourite beer logos. The only thing that bothers me is the extra words at the bottom. It just clutters it but i understand it might be a packaging standard to write that it's imported. Other than that the illustration of the star, wheat, bow, and the hops in gold looks modern and sophisticated. Almost completes the premium look. The condensed bold typeface was a simple and basic choice. They were smart to use it because anything else that was more interesting would've taken away from the beauty of the illustration.

Coors Light logo is very bold. The outline image of the mountain int he background is subtle enough not to overpower the main image which is the name of the brand. The name itself contains two different typefaces but both have been give a 3D effect to it. It looks as if it's standing up on its own. The only use red to really make a select word pop out. I think both typefaces compliment each other and look unified. The use of black, white and grey completes the logo I believe. Overall it looks sleek and chilly because of the snowy mountain in the background. That alone might encourage me to have one their beers, because it makes me think of cold weather.

The Corona extra logo uses complimentary colours as well. It gives it a easy-going look. The crown image on top reinforces the name of the brand which means crown in spanish. It looks ornate, bold and very heavy. I love the use of the black letter typeface. It gives it an aged and respectable look. I quite enjoy the logo.

The bright red and green in this logo is very attractive and I believe the use of black and white helped these complimentary colours. The silhouettes of the leaves look ornate and delicate and help to make the image more symmetrical. The star has the same effect to it too. The thick bold serif font is used well in this logo and looks very prominent. This logo looks very modern despite that it has elements that are classic. For example the crest around the word heineken gives is more of an importance and strong look. I enjoy that the crest also looks like a flag and overall the logo screams modern sophistication.

The main image is an illustration of a deer. The illustration is in an engraved/carved style which gives it an artisan and hand-crafted feel to it and the pose of the animal is very proud with its smirk. The colors are rustic and bold. The serif font is bold and prominent. The added very subtlety that it was established in 1820 which reinforces the hand-crafted and aged feel to it. Overall it’s a handsome logo and had presence. Love it and it’s beer.

This logo is contains a lot of elements to me due to the three colours, their use of white, the slanted serif font with the cursive font and the maple leaf symbol in the background. The colours choices makes it look traditional and basic. It looks like a respectable beer company and that it'll have a very traditional and predictable taste.

This logo tells a story with its shape. The employees of this company wear paper hats that are in that exact shape. I like the extension of the Ks. The green and the red combination isn't my favorite due to the complimentary effects. The cursive typeface with thin and thick staffs look nostalgic. Overall it had this 50s feeling and I believe it works. And even though it isn't the most attractive so many people will smile when they see this logo solely because of how old this company is and how it's created memories.

A logo with elongated round edges in the to upper case letters. The blue gives off a friendly and cool feeling. The shape of the typeface looks very 70s inspired and even funky looking. I'm sure a lot of people my age can make a connection to this logo due to the child hood drink.

Knorr logo is very bright and contains an interesting shape. I don’t quite understand why they chose to use the shape of a flag. I understand that it is for food products so there might be cultural reference. The colors red and yellow together make it feel happy and the added green makes me think if freshness. The cursive typeface Is not intimidating and very friendly.

The Kleenex tissue logo is a well-known brand. There are so many people out there who don’t ask you for a tissue, they ask you for a Kleenex. So they’ve definitely made a name for themselves. The sans serif typeface used is also a cursive one which gives it a human touch. I think they’ve used blue as an appropriate colour because it’s soothing and their product is meant to be soothing and comforting. I like the Kleenex logo and am more than familiar with their product so I appreciated the modern humanist feel to the logo.

The Kentucky Fried Chicken Logo is one that a lot of people recognize immediately. Here they’ve used the creator of this company as the main image of their logo. Everyone knows the Coronel Sanders! They developed a line drawing of him in an apron. They have their signature white and red colours ad the small serif typeface use for the company’s name. I like the illustration in this logo and appreciate the fact that they are playing up their character to create brand identity. I think their target market is clear as to who this is for and see the modern upgrades to it.

Toms is a brand that puts more importance to what it’s products do for charity reasons than for it’s clients. They’ve created the most basic shoe shape with tolerable comfort and given it several different design styles, that are either so simplistic to crazy out there. They’ve also given them a high end price. They use most of the money to send shoes to poor parts of a country so they can have the luxury of walking comfortably and preventing bacteria to get into their feet which could become deadly for poor children. I myself own a pair of Toms and they are the most basic style shoes I’ve ever owned and are entirely comfortable but get the job done. I think because the message behind the company is so in depth they didn’t create an elaborate logo. It is simple and clean and uses a colour most of the world enjoys and find relaxing and trustworthy. They used a bold serif typeface that makes is still subtle and not over-powering. I like the logo a lot and appreciate their global efforts.

Kahlua is a Mexican brand of coffee liqueur that has a very bold taste. Red and yellow usually mean happiness but since the logo is always on the brown background of the bottle it gives it an almost cultural feel to it. The sans serif typeface used here is quite fun and feels very human and welcoming. As a loyal user of Kahlua Liqueur who also has a Hispanic background I appreciate the fun and cultural feel of the logo and its brand and will continue using it.

KSWISS is an American shoe brand that likes to keep a simple look. The crest-like shape makes me believe this brand likes to think of itself as distinguished and has history. That feeling changes slightly because of the modern use of colours and bold shapes. Red, white, and blue is very patriotic for them because those are the colours on the US flag. They used a sans serif typeface all in uppercase letters to push even further the modern aspect of it. Overall, it’s a simplistic, attractive logo that represents their brand really well.

I have never used Opera web browser ever and I’m not truly curious enough to try it. This is the most basic symbol for browsers I’ve seen. It’s just the letter O in a bold red colour. It looks like a serif typeface only because the sides are thicker than the tops of the letter. The gradient from light to dark that was placed on it gives it a 3D effect and helps it stand out better. I feel that they were smart in using the letter O to represent them because if they used anything else that related to word opera it would just end up being seen as something used for classic music. The red only feels bold and strong but that feeling changes slightly because the shape is so smooth. This logo doesn’t spark any interest in me whatsoever.

Safari’s logo is a compass that was designed to look modern and fresh. I think it is fitting that they used a compass as their logo considering their name is SAFARI. I think this symbol further pushes the thought of being able to surf and explore wherever you want to go using this browser. I’m not too familiar with any major features that Safari has to offer but the general consensus that I’ve received from Safari users is that it gets the job done in a tolerable pace. They use a serif typeface for the letters within the compass which give it a more human feel. The colours give it this cool feeling which even the bold red on the arrow doesn’t truly change that. Overall, it’s an attractive symbol and it doesn’t hit you immediately that it is for a web browser, only until you actually click on it.
