Apparently this Art Deco home was originally built for Walt Disney in the 1930s. Some time thereafter it was purchased by a different owner and re-styled in a French Country style. Luis remodeled the home to bring it back to the original Art Deco look, but with fantastical 1980s touches. The Egyptian Deco disco (image 1) is particularly exuberant.

Main House Living Room. Art objects on display in the spacious living room of the main house range from fine arts and crafts to ancient artifacts. Many of the shells exhibited on the mirrored shelves were found on St. Simons, Sea Island, and Cumberland Island.
