Naruto has been acting funny for a couple days and Gaara goes to see what's up. When he gets to Naruto's place, he's hunched over, messy hair and piercing red eyes stare back at him. He's goes to ( comfort? Restrain? ) him but gets tackled. Gaara used sand to put basically mittens on his hands and while Naruto is on top of him, something hard pokes at his thigh.
Looks back up and eyes are a bit softer now. Still overtaken by the red, Naruto is wild, panting and horny. Humping his leg and licking at Gaara's neck. He's almost purring like Naruto got his treat. Leaving Gaara to process what the hell is happening with him and how much of Naruto is still being careful with him.
Ooooo I dunno how Gaara would handle Naruto in a situation like that. I think he’d be so sweet and try to calm Naruto down cuz he’s worried about his mental state but Naruto isn’t complaining, he’s loving the gentle hand in his hair and Gaara’s soothing low voice say his name over and over again. he passes by annabeth without a second thought, his hand just barely grazing her back, and suddenly she’s got butterfingers and drops the box of beads for arts and crafts all over the place. he stops and doubles back to help her clean up but she steps back onto the beads and her foot slips out from under her and she almost eats shit. he catches her and she reacts so viscerally she ends up elbowing him in the nose and dragging both of them down to eat shit. oh she’s utterly humiliated BAHHAHAHA she catches herself giggling at one of his jokes one time and is horrified by it. she’s losing her aura so bad she’s gotta lock in
she learns that if she keeps her eyes off of him then she can keep most of her composure. so when percy hits her with that “don’t i get a kiss for luck? it’s kind of tradition…” she keeps her eyes FIRMLY on the army of monsters to respond nonchalantly. but trust the second she was alone with michael again, she dropped her dagger and had to take a quick lap before locking in again

got a burst of inspiration to start writing a new itafushi fic and My God… i fear itfs writers have not tapped into the absolute joy that is writing Jealous Itadori Yuuji anywhere near the extent they should be.
listen to me. jealous/possessive megumi is practically as canon as it gets; anyone with two eyes and a brain who’s seen jjk knows this.
jealous yuuji, on the other hand, is a prolific, thriving garden of untapped feelings, profound confusion, hormonal angst, and gay panic the likes of which simply no other jjk character could quite replicate, imo.
you see, jealousy is an emotion so deeply antithetical to everything we understand about yuuji—he’d probably sooner get wildly depressed and never speak to megumi again, if we’re talking pure canon characterization.
so, to imagine a world in which yuuji’s feelings for megumi are potent and ugly and devastating enough to bring even someone like him down to such a level… it opens up an entirely new world of possibilities for his characterization that i don’t think gets nearly enough appreciation.
writing this fic has me feeling like a potter, sculpting and shaping yuuji’s tough but brittle self-image to fit neatly into the role of a truly jealous, pining best friend—and man, that shit hits like crack. i truly cannot remember the last time i enjoyed writing a fic this much.
highly recommend more fellow itafushi lovers to give this particular yuuji characterization a chance! (and no, not just because i want more jealous yuuji fics to read. well—not entirely, anyway)
He stirs at the unmistakable voice calling his name. Is Izuku really home already? That would mean it’s already well after 10:00 pm, and that he’s been asleep for the past hour. For a second, he wonders if he’s just hearing things because he feels no less exhausted than when he first laid down, but then he feels the cushion underneath him sink and a hand tangle itself into his hair. He opens his eyes to see a blurry green blob.

Shouto is absolutely exhausted after coming home from a mission that doesn't quite go as planned. Izuku and Katsuki may have to step in before he crashes completely.
(AKA Shouto gets pampered like his life depends it, and he totally deserves it.)
