The thing about "white America" is, you just never know who you are going to run into. WE have been blessed along this journey to simply be passing through many of these cities and towns. Scowls and raised eyebrows have greeted us on countless occasions however smiles and well wishes have superceded those moments tenfold. From our discoveries, the majority of Americans are not racist and WE have been in countless situations which would allot for such. That just has not been the case. The cities rank as the places with the greatest hangups and this is from blacks and whites alike. Factor in the Latinos who have joined the hate population and blam! Even in this, I would conclude most of these people who are labeled as racist are more rude than anything else. Many have issues that truly have nothing to do with race, they are just bitter. Maybe it's their life or their job, maybe it's their spouse or lack thereof. The point is, racism isn't dead, it's just not as active as one may think. Those who are working to keep the narrative alive, take big stages and dominate the American agenda. Remember hate needs attention, it's weak and,feeble. WE have to continue to accent the small unnoticed efforts and trumpet them as loud as we do acts of hatefulness. ie.
