My advice to other trans women on this site: block. And don't just block one user here or there, if you come across a seemingly popular terf/zionist/maga/whatever the fuck blogger, use their blog to block dozens upon dozens of these people at once. Ideally a good blocking session will add a couple hundred blogs to your blocklist.

Find a terf post with a few hundred reblogs, and block every single person who reblogged it uncritically. Then find another post, and do the same. Do this multiple times, and keep doing it! Complete this mass blocking process as many times as you are able, it is time consuming and tedious, but it is necessary!

You need to discard any apprehensions about blocking people who have not attacked you directly, you need not worry about blocking someone who may not 'deserve' the block, your safety and peace of mind is more important than any potential casualties incurred in your blocking sprees.

i often see posts going around from people frustrated that posts end up in the wrong tag or telling people to censor team names so they won't end up in the other team's tags, so this is a reminder that this will ONLY happen if you are using search rather than the tag function. I even dug back through the last 24 hours of the pens Ib, fIyers Ib, and phiIadeIphia fIyers tags to confirm.

if you go directly to the tag, either by clicking it on the post of someone you follow or by typing it in the search bar and specifically clicking the tag, those kinds of posts aren't gonna show up unless someone explicitly tags both teams.

people are more than welcome to continue censoring knowing people often use the search function (I love an uppercase i in words with a lowercase l), but it's as much on people looking for stuff to use one of the only good tumblr functions as it is on the people posting.
