My favourite kind of recurrent gag in haikyuu is when someone off screen observes how cool and stoic the protagonists look, and then the camera zooms in on said characters saying something incredibly idiotic and uncool 

Kenma: At this point you may as well just do cocaine.

Me: Please watch Haikyuu. It's a good anime with good plot and good character development that will make you feel alot of emotions. It is a well-written story that will give you hope and teach you valuable lesson you can apply in the real world. The voice actors and the animation are 15/10. The OSTs is a bop. S4 will be out soon.
