Standing as a (self-proclaimed) beacon of freedom against the Golden Fleet, the Bastion is a barely functioning station being held together by spite, spit, and a handful of very determined mechanics. As it comes up on its one year anniversary of foiling a coup that aimed to put them under control of the long reach of the empire, things begin to break in new and alarming ways. To top it off, there's a strange visual phenomenon that doesn't register on any station scans, and there's mysterious outgoing data files with no known sender or recipient. Struggling against heightened paranoia and ghosts from the past being less dead than they should be, a small group who call the Bastion home (to varying degrees of sincerity) have to decide how much they are willing to sacrifice to save the one place that will accept them. This is what i've been working on for the past uh like year and a half! Almost two years now? (I was doing character profiles and voice tests as of Nov 2024, so, good lord.)
