God. I just love Waka. I just see her everywhere now =v=

Hard to believe otherwise now that 90% of her memories consists of the millions of years of a gleefully destructive creature and the hundreds of years spent calcified in grief. In a sense, by accumulating millions of years worth of memories/experiences in an instant—inundating her with the memories of these versions of herself who've never managed to mature—she's been simultaneously forced to grow up and regress.

I cling to the faint hope that Cycle 8 Waka's memories will ground her witch self's memories to happier times and a hope long forgotten, but it's difficult to get a sense of how C8 Waka's 18 years stack up to the rest. And it'll forever gut me how C8 Waka was right at the precipice of interrogating her feelings right before everything went to shit.
