Get well soon, take care of yourself, and make sure to look after your health. My vision goes black because of my blood pressure. I can't get up too quickly. My vision also used to go dark, but that was because of my diagnosis: a venous angioma. I think it is the cause of all my life problems. The angioma is located in the frontal lobe of my brain, which is responsible for thinking and empathy. It's possible that my mental state worsened during a flare-up of the illness. Sometimes I just seem to snap for no reason.

I'm really interested in psychiatry but can't find any right literature :(

There are lots of lies on the internet about penal colonies. Recently, I had a long visit with my parents. They also told me all kinds of things they had read online, but I ended up disproving almost everything they said. The one thing that is true, though, is how strict the facility is.

There is strict discipline here that keeps the disobedient ones under control. In short, it's a lot like being in the army.

I'm about to sit down at the sewing machine and learn to sew. The pay will be higher. However, because of the lawsuit, the most I can expect to receive is only 20-25% of the total. The same thing happened in March. I got 1,000 out of 5,000. It's not much, but I'm happy to have it. It's enough for tea; everything else doesn't matter.
