Here's my submission for @daisyclan's contest!! I have been very busy lately but I'm glad I've been able to free some time to submit a design. Random assortment of thoughts:
design wise, I wanted him to have a puffy chest like a pigeon!! I like to imagine he would puff his chest out when angry or trying to look menacing.
I gave him my signature heart ear tufts, cause that felt fitting.
I thought a lot about his personality when drawing him, strict can be interpreted in many ways but for me it was more in a "proud, knows better than you" way. To me he would always walk with his tail held high, confident in who he is... Even though he will probably turn out very different, that's how I envision him in my design at least :)

Hi there! I wanted to talk about something important in Tomodachi Life Living the Dream that I haven't seen being talked about yet...
I play the game in french, cause y'know, I am! And I was SO insanely excited for they/them pronouns, since I knew you could pick mii pronouns! So I start to make my mii, and as I go to pick the pronouns... Only he and she. I was so sad and disappointed, until I noticed that in the info card of the mii it said sex and not gender like in the english trailers (leading to literally having "sex: non-binary" but anyways not the topic). That lead me to think that was only up with the french version, and I was right, since I was able to put my switch in English and get they/them.
So yeah, french Tomodachi life doesn't have the word "gender" nor they/them pronouns. But thankfully, there's a non-binary option. I find that super super weird and sad because we have a they/them equivalent, and even if because of our gendered grammar it would a bit more difficult to write dialogue, I'm unsure that's the actual reason... And like sex instead of gender?? What?? Would mean someone when translating decided to not include it. Or that Nintendo tried to and they got in trouble. Which is not great either way...
That's unfortunate but at least it's easy to change the languague, and the game is absolutely awesome!! Just wanted to bring some awareness! ^^
