I remember you saying back then during that explanation about universes, along with that diagram, that universes located on the barrier line are a combination between the two universes that its inbetween? Like for instance, the universes that are located in the barrier in between the Equestriaverse and the Whoverse. For example, there could be a universe where humans have either wings and flight, horns and magic, or just super strength exist?

The TARDIS cannot travel to these hybrid universes as they deviate too much from the pony universe. The only way to travel to them are via dimensional magic, like the mirror to the Equestria Girls world.
Generally, interdimensional travel isn't possible in the human universe because the Time Lords pretty much disabled it, but they didn't really have the chance in this pony universe Discord Whooves takes place in. However he can't get to all pony dimensions, only the ones that were open, as there are many more closed pony dimensions than there are open ones. Especially now.
In universe, Torchwood has been disabling other dimensions to keep Discord Fragments from combining with the main body.
Hold on. I just realized something. If he was really the master, that means he was there during when the Pinkie Pie incident happened, and he was also there when both the doctor and Twilight were questioned. How long ago did he create a false identity? Also, I have a feeling that Celestia and Luna knew as well, but didn't tell his past self since that would mess with time itself and his regeneration is a fixed point.

Number of incarcerated citizens per capita, number of adults who believe angels are real (The study is no longer available online), higher education facilities, and defense spending, where we spend more than the next 14 countries combined.
