How did you do it I want a butt so bad
I used to not have a butt AT ALL. & now i get compliments on it all the time. I say to drink protein shakes. I usually do the off brand equate vanilla plus. REMEMBER to get a protein shake PLUS. It gives you needed protein AND calories just incase you have trouble eating enough. Which brings me to... EAT ALOT. I say don’t stuff ur face with junk but instead try to eat healthy calories. cheat sometimes lol. Last but not least... workout ! Dont be scared to pick up some weights. Heavy weights doing leg workout will make a difference! plus its a major boost of confidence. I actually owe my progress to the gym. Leg press, squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts and cable kickbacks were my go to !
