Logan the German Shepherd

I feel like starfish are one of those animals that are treated as very “normal” by people but absolutely shouldn’t be. Like they’re a wheel of repeating heads connected by a central stomach. They walk around using thousands of tiny sticky hydraulically powered tentacles. They have an eye on the end of each arm. Instead of having a mouth they just have an opening where their entire stomach can be pushed out to engulf prey. And they’re just allowed to exist like this. It’s not illegal or anything.

american blackbirds are icterids but european blackbirds are thrushes but american robins are thrushes but european robins are flycatchers and they are named robin because (checks notes) brits in the 1400s called them "robert" on account of they are just some familiar guy who shows up in your yard. hold on post canceled is that really why they are called that? what the fuck. they did this with jackdaws and magpies too? i can't even be annoyed. how human. "who's that? that's bob." fuck dude it sure is.

Yeah man, I’m so excited to go home. Got big plans tonight. Found a huge container of old pens and I get to test them all out and see which ones still work. Bunch of different colors too, some are sparkly and everything. It is going to be awesome.

There's an above zero possibility that someone you know may one day casually say some shit like "I don't get why people like potatoes, I'd never eat them voluntarily, they just taste like vaguely bitter watery dirt and if you like the texture, you could literally just eat an apple instead" and that's how you find out that nobody in their family knows that you're supposed to cook them first.
