Perhaps most of it was my fault as I got myself into these situations / environments that were not healthy. Surrounding myself with people who were not truly my companions or friends. I made my share of mistakes in the past year as well, some being more measurable than others, and have paid the price in full. In realization to all the negativity clouding my life, I took the steps required to turn my attitude around and look towards a more positive lifestyle. However, there are certain things you can’t avoid. There will always be misfortune that happens randomly to you or your loved ones. There will always be people who will try to bring you down or things that happen to stunt your progress towards positivity. This past year has been an awful mess for me & although it has taken quite a toll on my well being, I will count it as a blessing. To take all the harm that has affected my life and learn from it. I hope this year will fare well for everyone. Not just me. Here’s to starting at rock bottom. Cheers.
