i think Wes is proud of everything he’s done. he’s unashamed about how he got to be where he is in life. yes, he’s been arrested but for a good cause—protesting healthcare bills and being frontline for pickets. he might be fast and loose sometimes with procedures but he’s never dangering patients. he thinks everything through before he ever acts.
i think Wes is humble about everything he’s accomplished in the medical field but he doesn’t care to flaunt his musical talents when they arise. it’s two sides of the same coin for him.
he’s happily single due to his own childhood upbringing and his busy schedule. his life doesn’t fit for a relationship or family so he chooses not to have one yet, he knows he won’t settle down… so he doesn’t invite that in.
he will tell you he’s comfortable like this, but the long hours can be draining. but he will refuse to give one or the other, he just needs to learn balance between playing shows and working shifts.
