based on purely speculation alone, here are some spots that i think would be best tickled at the same time:

nape of neck and tummy: the neck makes you want to arch forward while the tummy makes you want to arch back, so effectively you're screwed

back of knee and foot: everytime they fold their knee up to cover the underside, tickle the foot of that same leg and see which spot they'd rather protect

side and ribs from opposite halves of body for obvious reasons

ear on one side and armpit on the other: idk why but i think this would be deadly duo

rib on one side and hip on other: they're both bony spots and as such are ticklish in the same kind of way, so i think they should be tag-teamed

that's all i've got, but give me other suggestions if you think of them
