typically, ants can carry stuff between 10-50 times its weight. the average weight of men above 20 years old in the U.S. is 199.8 pounds. assuming that guru ant can carry stuff 50 times his weight at max, his new weight is that of the average american man, and he has kept this strength ratio as he grew, he can lift about 9990 pounds, just shy of 5 tons.

HOWEVER.

here, he is seen holding up a coin with ease. if this coin were to be a penny (which is the most likely option here), it would weigh 2.5 grams. an ant is typically 1 to 5 milligrams (0.001-0.005 g). again, assuming guru ant is the maximum of this, the coin would easily be around 500 times his own weight. assuming now that he can carry this much at maximum, the amount of weight he can carry in his new size would be shifted to 59900 pounds, if not more depending on what else he can carry. (after all, not everybody can lift weights at their limit with such ease)
