From Henrik Purienne’s book, ‘Holiday’

It’s been a rainy cold day but I managed to visit the market and avoid the rain altogether. I (gasp) bought myself a new book today at my favourite little bookstore. I spent my afternoon cuddled up listening to the rain falling against the glass window, reading like the bookworm I am. I’m craving a hot chocolate because my hands are frozen and there are a few marshmallows hanging about in the cupboard. I’ve decided to bake some chocolate chip biscuits, because you don’t need a reason to bake cookies. Once again I only have an old photo to share, and it has been a long time since I had a smoothie because of the cold. Instead this morning I had a bowl of cereal with milk and coconut yoghurt, because I’m in the habit these days of not taking photos of my food even when I’m not working. It’s been over a week since I touched my camera and I really can’t be bothered any more with food photography, I just like the eating part 😉
