Hello everyone, today is April 16, 2026, it's my birthday.
I turned 18 today, and today marks the beginning of my 19th year in the Gaza Strip. Since my birth, I have witnessed seven devastating and deadly wars, filled with fear, death, and hunger. Today, as I write this post, I am in the Gaza Strip, where the war of extermination continues. For three years now, we have been completely besieged, starved, displaced, and killed with internationally prohibited weapons, subjected to starvation and denied food.
From the day I was born until today, I have never left the besieged Gaza Strip because of the blockade imposed on us by the Zionists. Today, for the past three years, no one has been allowed to leave the Gaza Strip, and food, supplies, and water are severely restricted. We are suffering greatly. The Zionists have robbed me of all my ambitions and dreams since the day I was born.
I hope this year will be different and that I can achieve at least some of my dreams. But until that time comes, I desperately need your help. We are in dire need of your support and assistance. Please make this day different and help me share this post and donate.

Teen heart patient needs nebulizer treatment!
15-year-old Nour Ibrahim’s health has been in danger her entire life due to a serious heart condition which has limited her growth. We have spoken about her health struggles in the past, you can find previous posts like this one, which includes vetting formation, in our “nour Al habil” and “nour Ibrahim” tags below.
Nour urgently needs your support once again. Living conditions for her on the street in a makeshift tent with her family, have been further wearing her health down for many months. Exposure to the elements, combined with environmental pollution caused by the IOF’s destruction of so many buildings, have resulted in breathing difficulties. This puts an increased strain on her already fragile heart, limiting her heart’s ability to beat and sustain her body. She is now in a hypoxic state, struggling to get enough oxygen.

I think people are latching onto the Artemis II launch because it is truly relieving to see modern technology being used for scientific endeavor instead of the advancement of war. But part of me still can't help but wonder where the minerals, the fuel, the metal and cables came from. Would the United States be at all capable of even this without the layers and layers of global exploitation beneath it? In a better world, a world without the suffocating grip of global capital, a world that I still believe in my heart could exist, I can only hope these sorts of events are spurred out of international co-operation and outnumber the bombings a thousand fold.

6-year-old Souad has been anemic since birth, and starvation and disease due to the IOF assault have caused her severe additional health complications. In September she fell unconscious and was admitted to the hospital. She has since been comatose and fluid is building up around her brain.
Medical staff have worked very hard to reduce the swelling. But despite their efforts, Souad's brain is now hemorrhaging (bleeding). The swelling has been too persistent, and the pressure is rapidly bursting the cells of her brain, causing bleeding. This will kill her. Little Souad is dying.
She needs to be evacuated outside of Gaza, but this is extremely expensive. The cost for transport through the Egyptian border, medical care, and associated expenses comes to $6,000 usd, about €5,000 EUR. This is a devastating setback, but all we can do is push forward.
