yeee!! So i had the fun idea to give her skirt a gradient, but instead of just using a gradient, i used my own blending skills; I wanted to give this a more painterly vibe with the water color I typically use. I gave some pink to contrast with the blue in the form of lineart and blush which I thought worked really well, I gave her rain boots and made her hair look wet, and then I added heart pupils just for fun.

Fun fact: I only now learned that this song was about unrequited love.

Oh yeah, and the bottom right. I know she cries in the original mv, and I know "weathergirl" isn't a literal phrase... but wouldn't be so cool if she turned grey like a cloud when she's sad?

She is pretty!!!!
