I know VERY LITTLE about the New Sequence (no additional info or hints in reblogs/comments please, I'm playing blind and want to discover more about this in the games!!) but Samuel has encountered them a couple of times, and he has, uh, seen the light of the Dawn Machine, BUT HE DOESNT REMEMBER IT...... i just think it would be neat if the Vice-Admiral is so forward about his intentions because he can Tell Sam's had this experience. the real challenge of imagining a fallen london UB set is figuring out who's going to lead the master of the bazaar themed commander deck. actually just as i type that i think of an idea. go apeshit. make ALL of them the commander. they have a special version of partner that lets all of them be simultaneous commanders who attack and hinder each other at all times. they all start the game already on the battlefield and the goal of the deck is to exile all 11 of them before your opponents win. they'd also be immune to board clears because of fucking course they are.
