Pink Prison, a comic I did for my color theory class this semester! we had to pick a color, research it, and do a piece related to it somehow. i chose pink :)
Finished CGs: 26 (56 if you count variations/different expressions)
Backgrounds: 13 out of 14!
Social Links finished: 3 out of 5
Endings finished: 4 out of 12
Dialogue/Code: 85% !!
Long story short, the game itself is basically playable from start to finish, including every ending, but there's still quite a lot of CGs missing and a lot of re-reading left to polish. The next 40% should be pretty fast to do since I did a lot of work ahead of time. The finale itself is what I believe will be a bit more time-consuming due to needing new menus and lots of CGs.

I love you characters who try so hard to avoid becoming one specific thing that they end up becoming something arguably worse. I love you characters with backwards development. I love you characters whose ideals dissolve over time. I love you characters who start out bright-eyed and end their stories with several important pieces missing.
a dangerous sky demon that uses its unique call that resembles singing to prey on the souls of unfortunate people who enter its territory
Best to hope if you encounter them they dont open their eyes or look at you, and if they do......good luck
They can alter the look of their appendage to either be one long tube or have three "fingers" or not have appendages at all, their "wings" are shapes formed in the clouds from their unique psychic energy affecting, and affected by, the barometric pressure around them (this comes from the fact that some people can actually get headaches/migraines from changes in barometric pressure like before a storm)
they're name comes from a mix of Tornado and Angel, and Typhim comes from Typhoon and Seraphim
(the song i referenced while making these was "Taurnado" from centaur world :>) its not important to listen to unless you want the general idea on what i imagine them sounding like and how they affect people)

a hastily made comic because I’ve been Having A Time. mostly for people who already know what systems are/what polyfragmented means (cuz I didn’t explain it) but feel free to show anyone who you think needs it
[id: on the top is a large box with text reading: "HOW TO TREAT POLYFRAGMENTED SYSTEMS"
a drawn being is shown in 4 panel boxes with text reading:
"being back in plural spaces has shown me some people... do not know etiquette! Which is fine, we all have gaps in knowledge. That's why I'm here to teach you!"
"1. Don't react with disgust/fear/dread/etc."
"How do you live LIVE like that?"
"That's TERRIFYING!"
"I'd kms if I were like that."
"These are real responses we've gotten. Just. Don't. Especially the kys one. Don't say that to anyone. Don't say any of these to anyone Not just polyfragmented systems, but anyone who is unlike you. It betrays a belief that their life is not worth living, that [thing] is so horrible nothing good could impact you outside it."
"2. Don't fetishize it. Fetishize here is used in a non-sexual way, but definitely don't do in the sexual way either."
"Let me study you!"
"How did you get that big? I wanna do that!"
"You have so many friends :33"
"People sometimes presume high headcounts are willogenic. Willogenic high headcount systems exist, but don't assume! For us in particular, it's just... how we are."
"Plurality isn't always sunshine and rainbows. Headmates are a bunch of people shoved in one body, often we have fights or arguments with each other. It isn't some utopia."
"We're just people. Treat us like a normal person."
"3. Don't expect simplicity."
"The whole POINT of the label 'polyfragmented' is that we're COMPLEX. The things going on inside tend to be very complicated and difficult to explain. You don't get it? Great, the system themselves probably doesn't either. That's just how it goes."
"You want a list of all the headmates? It'll take hours. The relationships between them? Don't get me started. Okay, maybe just frequent fronters? There's 20 of them at the minimum. Who's fronting right now? Hell if I know."
"Polyfragmented systems are often expected to 'boil themselves down'. Become palatable, become understandable. But that usually just... isn't possible. Like at all. Or maybe they try and it's STILL really complex, because that's just how they are."
"the point is: we're people, just like anyone else! treat us that way!"
"This guide is mostly for first interactions/acquaintaces. When getting closer to a polyfrag sys (in whatever relationship you wish), it is important to talk out boundaries and how they wish to be treated. Everyone is different, after all. But if you approach most conversations using this guide, I think the chances of it going well with significantly increase!" end id.]
Having seen some births now i can say that dog birth is amazing cos they just slip n slide out one after the other like a little conveyor belt. And theyre so little and unformed. And then UNGULATE BIRTHS ... are amazing for the opposite reason which is that 10mins after being born they are filing their taxes. Unless they are goats, in which case they are committing tax fraud instead
Goats are what is called a precocial species, which means that shortly after birth they are able to do many thimgs on their own, such as standing, walking, eating, and embezzlement

your friends living room once everybody but you is asleep
laundromats at midnight
• any target
• churches in texas
• abandoned 7/11’s
• your bedroom at 5 am
• hospitals at midnight
• warehouses that smell like dust
• lighthouses with lights that don’t work anymore
• empty parking lots
• ponds and lakes in suburban neighborhoods
• rooftops in the early morning
• inside a dark cabinet
A lot of these places are called liminal spaces - which means they are throughways from one space to the next. Places like rest stops, stairwells, trains, parking lots, waiting rooms, airports feel weird when you’re in them because their existence is not about themselves, but the things before and after them. They have no definitive place outside of their relationship to the spaces you are coming from and going to. Reality feels altered here because we’re not really supposed to be in them for a long time for think about them as their own entities, and when we do they seem odd and out of place.
The other spaces feel weird because our brains are hard-wired for context - we like things to belong to a certain place and time and when we experience those things outside of the context our brains have developed for them, our brains are like NOPE SHIT THIS ISN’T RIGHT GET OUT ABORT ABORT. Schools not in session, empty museums, being awake when other people are asleep - all these things and spaces feel weird because our brain is like “I already have a context for this space and this is not it so it must be dangerous.” Our rational understanding can sometimes override that immediate “danger” impulse but we’re still left with a feeling of wariness and unease.
Listen I am very passionate about liminal spaces they are fascinating stuff or perhaps I am merely a nerd.
I get the playgrounds at night because I walk to one that’s near my house at night sometimes and hang out. I always feel like I’m being watched or followed, or rather something out of the ordinary is happening
