Day started out great. Busy like always at work. Then the call. Rushed to hospital not knowing the degree of damage. Second I walked into the room, I knew it was the worst case scenario. Machines kept him breathing, no activity in his brain. Crying phone calls to family, hugs in the waiting room. Decision was made. We said our goodbyes. Worst day of my life 2 years ago today. A memory that continuously repeats day after day, every min of everyday... RIP Dad...ill continue to keep my promise I gave to him when I held his hand kissed and his head for the last time.... You ever just wake up and feel the day start off great? The second you get out of bed, the way it feels after u brush ur teeth, comb ur hair, then look at yourself in the mirror and smile. Hell, haven’t even picked up my coffee yet. The whole day is planned and I know it will be a great day and a great weekend.

Sometimes just asking, "Hi how are you doing?" Goes a long way. I'll continue to be ignored....yet listen everyday.

For 22 years I have not believed in God. Conversations are a constant battle between believers. Let me BE, and I'll let you BE. 22 years as an Atheist. Happy with my life as of this moment.

It's always good to observe people, but never judge them. Some have qualities you can relate to, some have habits that get on ur last nerve. Either way, all we can do is observe. Learn about them, learn from them, learn to be a better person by helping them when they need help. Now depending on if u want to help them because of what you have watched, read, listen, totally depends on your relationship with that individual or individuals. In the end, we look, gather, then when the time is right or the question is asked...you act on it.
