This is my problem. At least one week off due to the sore thigh muscles. So sad!!!!!!!!!

5km easy run to warm up with pace around 5:30/km then 3 laps tempo run (1.2km/lap) in 5:03 4:58 5:00, pace is around 4:10/km, it's my PR. Still now I don't think I got this pace :) I'm feeling so goood!!!

Wednesday: 10.5 km in 00:53 05:00 pace

A quick test for mah new Salomon XA10+3 hydration backpack: 25km cycling in 44'27" and 5km tempo run in 24'41"

Workout today: 10km in 51'48"

run Forrest run

I was successful in breaking the pace 5min/km in 2 recent workouts, yesterday I ran 10km in 49'24" and today I ran 7km in 34'11" despite the fact that I still was sore in both calves. The results really made me happy :)
