Available from 04/12/2020 to 05/12/2021 Next broadcast on Saturday, December 12th at 7:10 am In the third edition, Jehnny Beth welcomes the bands Black Country New Road, Ed O'Brien and Kim Gordon on the small stage of the Parisian YoYo. In this exciting encounter, the sovereignty of the Radiohead guitarist and the radicalism of the bassist from Sonic Youth meet the unleashed play of the youngsters from Black Country. A cross-generational rock fair that brings together the experience, maturity and musical commitment of each individual artist to create a special sound. "Echoes" is an extraordinary concert series moderated by the musician, producer and actress Jehnny Beth. On the small but fine stage of the YoYo in Paris, three indie bands meet for the first time in exclusive gigs. Jehnny Beth discusses with Kim Gordon, ex-bassist of Sonic Youth, and the musicians of Black Country, New Road and Ed O'Brien about what divides and connects between generations of musicians, about engagement and careers. Between the talks, the musicians play on the intimate stage of the YoYo, where the audience can experience the rock performance of legends like Kim Gordon up close and discover new bands like Black Country and New Road.
