Meant to add - for some reason my Instagram account remains connected to this tumblr account, so it's the only way I can still post...

HELP - I've been locked out of this account for the last 4 months and constantly emailing tumblr for help and being ignored. Tumblr logged me out of my account and told me I had to change my password and that an email had been sent to my email address. I set up this account 7 years ago - that email account is long since defunct. Tumblr are saying that there's no way to recover my access to my account, even though I can tell them the email address and password. It's ridiculous, and has been upsetting me so much since it happened in June. This blog has seen me through a quarter of my life and some of my most difficult times. It helped me to get over somebody, watched me fall for somebody else, gave me solace in my awkward anxious teenage years, helped me through my lowest days, gave me a fandom to pour my heart into when I felt I had nothing else and gave me a community of support and encouragement when I needed it most. Losing it is breaking my heart. I'm posting this so that any of my followers who've stuck around understand why I suddenly disappeared 4 months ago. If any of you have any clue how to fix this, I'll be forever grateful. Thank you I miss you V

One year ago today: an incredible holiday in Rome and my favourite ever photo of us. The Spanish women we gave the camera to insisted that we kiss for the photo, and wouldn't take no for an answer. I did it! I never thought I really could, and there were plenty of times I thought I'd have to give up - especially when Everest took 10 attempts - but I kept on going and I'm so proud of what I've achieved. This was so out of my comfort zone, but I'm so pleased I did it, and I raised £400 for MS Society!
