(Kirr continued breathing deep and heavy, almost slipping into horrific laughter at some moments while sobbing during others. She clutched her mask.)
(Mozs’ soft voice grew worried, panicked, but could not pierce the veil of hatred that began to creep over Kirr’s shell.)
(… That was it, wasn’t it? Hate was something she once could never fathom bearing in her kind soul.)
(Deathbleach didn’t deserve anything except such hatred.)
(She shrieked as she lunged, leading with her stinger and impaling the filthy Caranid’s husk upon it. She kept moving until her stinger met the wall, crushing the creature’s limp shell which clung to the moss as she pulled off of it.)
(It hurt. She found herself too angry to care. She spoke shaky to the now-mangled corpse, quiet but seething under her breath.)
Since my god-damn hatching, you have done little but ensnare bugs in my life and reduce them to nothing. Even here you take away one of my children, and now you have the audacity to just drop one of your victims on our doorstep…?
Is this another cruel joke of yours, fate? Another reminder of my failures? I’m not laughing. Who else would find this amusing but yourself? I have started my life anew, but you constantly wish to haunt me with this blue scum.
(She narrowed her eyes… then rammed forward, smashing the body between mask and stone.)
What will it take for you to know I’m tired? How many more times will you return? Why can’t I escape you, even in my own fucking mind?
(She rammed it again, shards of shell clattering to the ground around her among with splatting bits of blue.)
I was wary of you once, when I was little more then a grub. Then I was terrified. Now…? I hold only contempt and rage for your continued attempts at wriggling back into my life, my family, no matter what I try.
(Another slam onto the body, now wholy caved-in and splintered open.)
I always knew what you were! A damned parasite disguised in miracle liquid form, from the very start. Your very presence in the grotto is a mockery of what I’ve worked so hard to claim, what I’ve built for myself after what you took away…
(Rammed again, again, multiple times in a row now.)
I hate you, more than any bug or any thing that has ever flowed or crawled. Alluring the clueless and helpless only to ultimately take everything away… it’s disGUSTING!
(A charge so intense now, rocks loosened from the ceiling and smashed onto the mossy ground. Her head began to go numb from the repeated slamming against shell and stone, but Kirr only spoke louder.)
Please… I don’t even care if you’re listening. Just- just stop… Stop coming to ME.
Are you not proud of what you’ve done, how you’ve spread?! You aren’t, it’s never enough is it?
What more do you want from me!?
(Mozs’ frantic screaming fell upon deaf antennae as the world grew blurry around Kirr, surrounded by dried up splotches of Deathbleach and shattered shell.)
(Kirr could only turn to the ground and weep into it.)
