Okay Abolish has clarified that lives can be lost outside of the arena specifically if the death was caused by someone else. It can’t be through a mob or something environmental it has to directly be a so and so was killed by so and so. So you can hunt down and trap someone to kill directly and it’ll cost an obol.

I am thinking of Cicada Screams and thinking about Wels and xB duo moment as a treat.
In my head the two would be able to commiserate on their shared experiences with prolonged isolation, though xB would conceed his experience was much less extreme than Wels' as even during his time alone during the Empires rift, he still had Beef as company while Wels was completely alone. The two would talk about it and I think it'd be such hurt/comfort moment for them as they talk about Wels' uncertainty within the Hermits as he feels as if he is an unnecessary part for the overall function and he often wondered if it would have been better for the rest of them if he never came back. XB would in turn talk about his anxiety with socializing with the other Hermits and his extreme fear of inconveniencing them and how scary it was for him to live a loner lifestyle only to then realize how terribly he needed people only to be scared of bothering them. The two would bond over their shared uncertainty but certainty in one another that theyd support the other and need and welcome the other no matter the circumstances. Yay.

Im trying to put a list of the abilities from all the pantheon members. So far I have:
Scott
Passive Ability - creation of Windcharges that he can expend to speed up his abilities
Ability 1 - Wind Jump, basically a free powerful wind charge
Ability 2 - Putting down a cloud of blinding fog
Apo
Passive Ability - drops feathers. When right clicked on they break, but heal the person who has them
Ability 1 - Can change the appearance of anyone to another player
Ability 2 - Turns invisible
Cleo
Passive Ability - Mobs dont attack unless provoked
Ability 1 - Pan flute that gives all those around either resistance, health, slowness, or speed
Ability 2 - shapeshifts into a goat, can headbutt people
Martyn
Passive Ability - can break blocks when hitting them with an arrow in his offhand
Ability 1 - Creates a boar that charges at the closest person in the direction, pushing them back
Ability 2 - Any arrows he shoots he gets flung towards and above for some time
Super Ability - Creates a rain of arrows within a space
Owen
Passive Ability - Things slow down around him including projectiles, wind charges, and furnaces
Ability 1 - Goes back in time to where he was several seconds in the past
Ability 2 - Replenishes any blocks that were broken in the past few seconds.
Legs
Ability 1 - can throw a lightning bolt that will teleport him and anyone crouching next to him to it with a burst of lightning.
Abolish
Passive Ability - Doesn't take damage from fire or magma blocks
Sausage
Passive Ability - Gets a two block high jump
Ability 1 - gets a type of flight where he can jump in mid air indefinitely for some time and gets speed.
Ability 2 - can teleport to another place/player that he is looking at
Pearl
Passive Ability - Gains 1 heart when underneath the night sky
Ability 1 - can make it so that only her voice can be heard for a time as everyone else's turn to mumbles. During this nobody can see their hotbars and she turns invisible when crouching.
Ability 2 - can teleport to any bed that she has previously clicked.
Super Ability - Creates pools of darkness anywhere she touches that give anyone who touches them slowness and the darkness effect.
Shelby
Drift
Ability 1 - creates music all around her (I cant figure out what it does though. Healing potentially?)
Pyro
Ability 1 - Goes into spectator mode for a time to look around, leaving the body vulnerable and unable to be controlled by them.
Ive only seen some POVs so if anyone else knows of the ones im missing or i got one wrong let me know!

Everyone except me is wrong about The Character

whenever i start up minecraft m like yeah im gonna build a nice little starter house and take it slow and then im 3 days in with several farms and a villager set up and no roof over my head. male living space ass situation every time.

Me when the characters in a story start arguing and letting their nasty sides out and i get to see if their relationship can stand it, grow, or if ultimately they break apart. Or maybe even a secret third worse thing.

A Hermit who hasn't uploaded in a few months can also be sort of a dead wife. In my mind.
The day Wels posts, if I dont post abt popping celebratory bottles within the first hour of the vid upload, all my Wels freak mutuals are more than encouraged and welcome to scream at me in excitement bc the chances are I'm likely at work and won't know unless I get pinged 80 times.
I absolutely love when people fall on swords for the bit. Joel Smallishbeans is such a good example of it too.
He puffs himself up all annoyed and outraged and says "Of course I wouldn't fall for that obvious trap! You're stupid! I'm not stupid!" And then immediately goes off and does it because the rule of the bit says that's the funniest outcome and he has to do it no matter how much it inconveniences him I can't get over he perfectly follows that formula in the latest EGG saga to the most extreme comedic way possible. EGG invites him and Cleo over to their secret base with a proposal: They'll prank someone for them for 1000 diamonds. This is an absurd offer, one that they never intended to have anyone actually take them up on. Joel even laughs in disbelief at it how few diamonds he has in comparison and Etho helpfully points out that Scar runs a bank. Immediately you see the gears turning in Joel's head that now he has to figure out a way to do it once he realizes that it is possible. He sees the invisible thread of the bit and he has to follow it.
Then Grian pulls the trigger for the actual reason Cleo and Joel were invited over because who would pay them 1000 diamonds for a prank? This whole meeting was just a setup to get Joel and/or Cleo into position to launch them thousands of blocks into the sky with windcharges again. And because of Joel's hilarious luck and the world loving to watch him suffer, he's the only one who gets launched and he's pissed because he's already done this before and it's so annoying to him. He comes back and makes a whole show of letting them know how annoyed and mad he was and even half-heartedly threatens to blow the place up just to play it up. He asks how to leave and Grian attempts to trick him into launching him again but Joel manages to weasel out of it and they all laugh it off and Joel goes on his way. They got a funny Joel reaction, prank completed. Except Joel can't stop thinking about the thread of the bit. It's there and he can see it and it's calling him. He can't just let it go unanswered.
He immediately returns back to clarify that EGG would prank False for him for 1000 diamonds. With confirmation and encouragement that yes, the bit is still alive and well, Joel immediately goes to get a loan from Scar. And to the shock of everyone he comes back 20 minutes later with 1000 diamonds. Grian openly admits he didn't think anyone would do it. Then Joel admits that he has 15% interest on the loan and you can hear it in his voice that he's only now starting to comprehend just how bad of a financial idea that was. Of course now he's in too deep and he's at risk of regretting committing to this so he starts playing up how much he wants False to suffer and how serious he is about this because holy shit he just gave them one thousand diamonds on impulse for a bit and it's just hitting him. He's going to have to do so much mining to pay off that debt. And then he realizes that if he doesn't pay it off within a month, he agreed to give up his base???? I think him saying all of that out loud made him realize he yes-anded too close to the sun and oh god what has he done???? No one asked him to do this but he saw the bit and he just couldn't let it go. There was a sword to fall on by god he had to do it! He just had to! Now he has to worry about the bank owning his base if he doesn't come into possession of 1150 diamonds by the end of the month. I love Joel so fucking much
