One final bunch from San Diego. Proof that I wasn't alone, and that I was actually there. Nerdy stuff from the con. The insane menu at the Cheesecake Factory which we're totally returning to next year, we must try all the cheesecakes.

Next out in my belated photo reminiscing seanse is San Diego, at and outside of Comic-Con. It was awesome to be back after missing three years, and even more awesome to share it with my wonderful boyfriend and our American friend. Highlights included pool time, beach time, burgers and shakes, excessive amounts of snacks, excessive amounts of loot, second row seats to Brooklyn 99 panel and Duck Tales panel (with special guest star Lin-Manuel Miranda holy shit that was epic) and the overall festivities of the city.
So it turns out I'm not really good at remembering the existence of Tumblr, particularly when I'm off enjoying myself and staying busy. But for the sake of finding a few forgotten treasures a decade or two from now, I'll throw up a few belated pics. First off: Disneyland. Star Wars land, giant macaroons, yummy diners and spectacular tourist photo ops. You're welcome, future me!
ONE WEEK UNTIL TAKEOFF! The excitement is real!
SDCC 2019 INCOMING
After four years of hiatus, I'm happy to report to my three followers that I'll be returning to San Diego Comic-Con next month. Huzzah! Prior to that, I'll be spending some days in Los Angeles, revisiting fun places such as Disneyland and Universal Studios.
As before, I'll try to spam a crazy amount of pics and silliness. New for this trip is that I actually won't be traveling solo. My boyfriend Badger will be coming with me. Poor sod.
Departure in T-21 days.

Apparently I totally forgot to update here during last year’s California trip, so here are a very few select highlights from SDCC. Happy times!
Warning
That special time of year is rapidly approaching. I'm returning to my beloved sunny California and San Diego Comic Con, with a bonus trip to San Francisco after. Totally stoked. Stay tuned!
Notre Dame I was in you!
Hey, we found this old church looking thing and apparently you can't wear hats inside?
First evening in Paris. Found my creme brûlée and Trine was very smug about her chocolate mousse.

Le Vero à le Paris
Apparently I'm going to Paris in a few days. I sound surprised, and I kinda am, even though my friend and I booked the trip a couple of months ago. Guess it sort of snuck up on me.
At any rate, yeehaaw! Never been to France before. This could get interesting. I don't speak a word of French. Okay that's not entirely true, I speak a few words. Four, to be exact. These are:
Oui
Non
Merci
Bonjour
Also, I can count to three. All in all, not very impressive. I should probably learn to say "please," at least. The French are supposedly not very fond of speaking English.
Pray for me.
I had a day off this weekend from shooting Supernatural, and I was walking around downtown Vancouver on Saturday, sampling all the artisan coffee I could get my throat around. At one point I saw a pair of guys walking towards me wearing gamer shirts. Black short-sleeved, one Halo and one Call of...
Did I share these Walking Dead pics yet? I can't remember. If I did, then here they are again!
I can take him!
A few cool people I walked past.

SDCC is magic
Wow. What a weekend. The last four days have been crazy, and for all my good intentions, I didn't stand a chance in regard to updating and posting as much as I had thought I would. Sorry! I'll make up for it later, however. Prepare for an upcoming flood of pictures and short video clips during the nearest days. As a final reflection, I will simply say this: It's been unreal. Not only because of all the amazing panels, activities and booths, but just as much because of the fantastic people I got to meet. In addition to meeting a couple of old con friends from last year, I made three new ones, and even though I ventured from Norway all by myself, I haven't felt lonely for a second. For me, particularly, that is impressive, because I have a hard time talking to strangers, so making new friends is usually a daunting challenge. Yet here they were, these wonderful people, making me talk and chat and chirp as if I'd never done anything else. I'm not sure if it's because of relaxed, sunny San Diego, if I've managed to grow as a person, or if these people were actually magical faery creatures, but for whatever reason, I felt comfortable with them from the first few minutes, and it was amazing. After 28 hours together in Hall H line and Hall H itself, it was as if we'd known each other for days, weeks, maybe even months. Wow. This year, I'll return home sad and happy at the same time. Sad because I'll miss the crazy adventure that is Comic Con and the lovely people I've gotten to know, but happy for all the joyous memories and the opportunity to meet these new friends. Thank you, SDCC, for being a place of magic. I certainly hope I'll see you again next year.
Marvel, Hall H
Holy shit. Holy, holy, holy shit, you guys. Age of Ultron. That teaser trailer. Biggest nerdgasm ever. Screamed my lungs out, reached a new pitch doing so. The face on Downey Jr during the hall's reaction was priceless! Also Guardians of the Galaxy 2 will come in 2017. Yeeee!
