2018: grabbing the fifth title while the youngster chases new heights
2018 marks the beginning of Max's ascent to F1 stardom while Lewis maintains his winning streak. Buckle up, because there's a lot to get through.
Nothing happens in Australia, since Lewis gets P2 and Max finishes P6. But in Bahrain...
April 8th, 2018. Lewis gets a P3 podium while Max unfortunately has a DNF. They clash in only the second (!!!) race of the season, which leaves both with a lot to say.
Lewis even goes as far to call Max a dickhead in the cool down room.

April 13th - 15th, 2018. The Chinese GP takes place, from which Lewis comes out with a P4 and Max behind him with a P5. After their incident in Bahrain, Lewis shows remorse for his comment about Max and apologises.
Max and Lewis shake hands. :)
In the press conference that Thursday, Max did not seem hostile towards Lewis at all. Rather, he was understanding, and the two overcame this minute hurdle.

June 8th - 10th. The Canadian GP takes place. Although 3344 don't interact, we hear a comparison between them from Nico. This is particularly interesting because 1. Nico and Lewis were very close and 2. Nico openly feared Max in his rear mirrors. Just food for thought.

June 22nd - 24th, 2018. The French GP feeds us so much 3344 content as Lewis takes first and Max takes second.
In the post-race press conference, Max and Lewis share some banter. Max initiating conversation is so cute of him.

3344 didn't interact for a while; Max's car was giving him issues and Lewis was busy in the title fight. Then Belgium came along.
August 28th, 2018. Lewis takes P2 and Max takes P3. They are always next to each other, huh?
Max seems delighted as Lewis prepares to make his entrance.

September 14th - 16th, 2018. The Singapore GP takes place. It is P1 and P2 respectively again.
Max and Lewis smile at one another in the post race press conference (bottom right.)
This season is very fickle for Max, since he has a lot of bumps to get over until he can keep finishing on the podium. But Singapore marks his 'ascension' to more victories as the latter half of the season works out greatly from him, meaning we get more 3344 interactions. They seem to get along very well.

October 7th, 2018. The Japanese GP takes place, in which Max comes third and Lewis takes first.
Lewis and Max celebrate their finishes.
Once the fun is over, they are unfortunately obliged to go through the post race press conference (there are so many shots like this of them all season LMAO).

October 21st, 2018. The US GP gives us some material as Max gets P2 and Lewis P3.
Lewis and Max seem to love joking around in the press conferences.
Max and Lewis celebrate on the podium together.
They seem so incredibly happy this weekend. Maybe they exchange more jokes in between them now. Watching these videos after the previous years is always a pleasant surprise.

November 9th - 11th. The Brazilian GP takes place. Lewis has already won his title, and Max comes P2 behind him yet again. I'm starting to see a pattern.
However, Max is pretty unhappy after his collision with Ocon. Here, Lewis gives him advice.
Additionally, when Max calls Ocon a pussy in the post race press conference, both Lewis and Kimi seem shocked. Lewis tries to conceal his reaction, but fails.

November 25th, 2018. Abu Dhabi, the finale. A great season for Lewis, who wins yet again, and a very close P3 in the championship for Max. Guess where they both finished (yes, P1 and P2.)
They celebrate their brilliant race together, and Max completes the assignment by soaking Lewis' back in champagne.
In the post race press conference, Max and Lewis devolve into madness while Sebastian watches. 'Keep going,' he says, to which 3344 laugh.

Overall, 2018 really picked up near the end for these two. From incidents to reliability issues, both drivers grew from the beginning, especially Max, as Lewis slowly becomes more tolerant of him.
I hit the max image amount for this post, which only tells you how much more data I will need to divide for the following years. Until then, stay tuned !! And please support and share <33
