My latest experience
Tonight I wanted to try two methods. First, the Train method, but in a relaxed way, and then the Lauren Method (getting up at night, lying back down, and visualizing).
Even though I didn't shift, I haven't had so many crazy dreams in one night in a long time.
In one dream, I was on vacation at the beach and taking care of my family who were eating at a restaurant there. There was an argument between a few family members and I tried to mediate. But somehow I was sick and had to lie down. One of my cousins was suddenly sick too, so I took care of her.
In the next dream, I was at the beach with my former teacher and many of my friends, and we were trying to dive onto a ship. I could breathe underwater, but it was quite stressful. Strangely enough, I kept actively re-planning the dream myself (e.g., sharks appeared and I didn't want that, so I just started “the scene” again but without sharks), and I think I was partly aware that I was dreaming (when I took a breath underwater and no water got into my lungs), but apparently I was just too exhausted to notice.
And in the other dream, I was secretly watching a series at night while the clock had stopped at midnight, which, strangely enough, is what stuck with me the most.
I should probably start interpreting what my dreams mean, but I think that for shifting, I should maybe switch to sleep methods or even try lucid dreaming methods again!
Feel free to give me tips if you have any ideas or if you interpret any of these crazy dreams!
With love, Verdict!
