Fame and Fortune!

time with family this time of year is important. with busy schedule’s and such it’s nice to leave all that behind for a while and just enjoy quality time with the ones you love. holidays were good for me. spent time with my buddy and his family, also spent the end of it with my lady, so over all can’t complain.

Ah, quality time indeed, my friend. I almost didn’t want to fly back to the US. But I know that works await after this New York parties we’re expected to attend.

It’s nice to have you back! I’m happy that you got to spend the holidays with your family and that you had a good time. My holidays have been good! I got to see my family, too, but I’m back in New York to celebrate the New Year.

It seems like New York is the place to be for the New Year party. I’m already considering flying in for the occasion. I’m glad to be back and happy to see you, Barb.

Spending time with family at this time of the year is the best, I spent my time with my wife and two beautiful twin daughters in Nashville, which that was basically my Christmas present and it was the best Christmas present haha. My holiday’s are great and I still can’t believe that tomorrow is the last day for 2020 and that we’ll be heading into 2021, it’s insane to know haha. 

Ah! i didn’t know you were from the music city! that’s great that you were able to spend time with them, i also had a grand time catching up with my family. I know, it’s back to reality once all the new year’s eve parties are done.

London is a gorgeous place, I’ve been there more times then I can count with my kind of job haha. I would have gone to Ireland this year to see my parents with my husband, but I gave birth to our beautiful daughter Roux December 4th, so I couldn’t travel, so I’ve been relaxing with my husband and spending time with his mother and just enjoying Christmas together with our little one. My holiday’s have been amazing, they defiantly started off really good haha. 

Way to kickstart your December! And congratulations. Would love to meet Roux soon. So, i’m guessing no party to you as well for New Year’s?

I’d love to go to London sometime, I’ve never actually been and I’ve heard amazing things about it. I mostly spent mine in Korea with my bandmates, facetimes my parents back in Australia and wished them a Merry Christmas, wish I could have spent it with them in Australia but sadly couldn’t. My holidays are amazing, I’ve done a lot of baking because I love to bake, mostly cookies and cupcakes and stuff like that. 

You definitely should! Like it can be cold and bleak but a sunny day in London is always worth it! But glad that you still get to talk to your parents. What kind of cookies?! I’m particular to smores ones.

Well, that’s good that you had a great time spending time with family in London, I wanted to go back to Australia to spend it with my family, but I didn’t get too this year, since I was needed back to work, so I wouldn’t have the time to go to Australia because I wouldn’t be back in time. My holiday’s were good though, I got to spend it with my girlfriend and we spent it in Florida, even took a trip to North Carolina to spend a little time with her family. 

That sounded a time well spent. I was glad that my show wrapped up and I had a chance to go home to them. Will you be hitting up any of the New Year’s party?

I was hoping to head back to Ireland for Christmas because I usually spend it with my family, but this year I decided to stay in Florida with my girlfriend, though I did facetime them and wished them a Merry Christmas and told them how I wish I could have been there, because I truly do miss the cold air and the snow haha. The parties should be fun, I’m thinking of attending some, I don’t know what ones yet because there’s so many good ones, but I know I’ll be attending a few with my girlfriend. My holidays are going good, been doing nothing but baking with my girlfriend because she loves to bake and cook, plus I’ve been busy with work, so you can say that my holiday’s have been pretty good. 

That sounds like a great quality time with your lady, mate. Good for you. Your family surely understands plus the cold and the snow is not going away any time soon so you still have a chance to visit. Might attend some of them myself. I’m pretty sure I’ll. be seeing you in some fo them then?

Why are you nervous? Are you planning to ask them as their date? I might go with Karen and some other friends. Make it a group thing, you know.

Oh you definitely did, my mum just gave me permission to give you shit. Which she doesn’t allow often cause she still loves you so it’s almost like an extra bonus Christmas present! It was good! Got to dress in that amazing tacky jumper I wear every year and just relaxed with my family. So overall a good holiday. How about yours?

I mean...what’s not to love, really. I spent most of my time bonding with my brother Jack, he actually asked about you and mum stuffed me a lot and said i was getting skinny. So, it was splendid as well. Which party are we going to though?

Family time is the best time ‘round the holidays and London managed to make it the perfect Christmas with the nice fall of snow. Sheer perfection! You’re also going to be the States for the big party? How exciting! How long are you staying for? Even better of a question, what movies have you been binging? My holiday was lovely, thank you. It was my daughter’s first Christmas so I’d say it was rather successful. How about you?

Yeah, figured it’ll be nice to head back in time to welcome 2021. I reside full time in LA nowadays, so yeah, i’ll be here most of the year. I’ve been watching Bridgerton, I’ve always had a knack for period drama. How’s the little girl?  

“The holidays have been good to me, spent most of it with my girlfriend and her family but now I’m gearing up to return back home after the new year. I am excited to bring it in style, though. I’m going to party until I can’t anymore.”

Sounds like a good plan! Which party are you planning to go to?

We got back to LA not long ago, and our families came out for the holidays.  Really, I’m just spending time with my husband, and chilling on Christmas candy.  We’ve had a really good end of the year.  I’m looking forward to the parties, but have no idea which one to hit first.

Fantastic to hear that, mate. At lest we’ve all had a great holiday season so far. Yeah, I’m in the same boat, with all these invitations it’s quite hard to decide which one but the one in NYC seems to be the most promising in my list based from what i’m hearing.

You should totally come to NYC, the more the merrier! I’m guilty…Brigerton. I couldn’t stop myself, I’ve watched the whole season already.

It seems like all of us are hooked to it. I’m in my third episode. I am seriously considering now.

time with family during the holidays is always so bittersweet. it’s nice to have that time with them, but of course as the holidays come to an end it’s time to rejoin the real world. i just got back from a little stay with my parents in australia, ready to bring in the new year with hopefully positive vibes. my holidays were wonderful though! got to lay on the beach, have some nice aussie specific dishes i can’t get in america. overall it was wonderful. what about you?

Ah! i missed going to the land down under. Still can remember vegemite versus marmite debate i had with a mate back when i was in Melbourne a few years ago. Mine was nothing grand or fancy but it was definitely worthwhile. I got to spend time with my childhood friends and bond with my brother and father and then my mum spoiled me rotten feeding me nonstop. Any plans for the new year?

Good to hear that your holidays went well. I hear London’s beautiful! Welcome back to LA! What better way to spend a day than staying inside and binging Netflix, honestly? My holidays have been going pretty good, I had a little party with some of my friends from 13 Reasons Why & we did Secret Santa too! I’m also thinking of going to the upcoming New Year’s Eve party. Damn, everyone is choosing LA these days to ring in the NY. Currently in NYC for the masquerade tomorrow, but so far so good. In all honesty, Netflix has been my life for the past day or so as well..

It’s just that it’s where I’m staying at. I heard about that and still deciding if I should fly out for it. Seems a lot of the people I know will be there too. What have you been bingeing? 

Oh, so that’s why my annual Christmas call was all garbled. You were in London. Makes total sense now. You know my mother had a kilt made for you and everything and she’s so heartbroken that you weren’t around to receive it.
