Hello! Thank you for making an assumption based on what I believe! I don’t know if you are the same person who sent in the previous question regarding profane language, but thanks for stopping by! I am not homophobic, I do not hate homosexuals nor do I have any negative feelings towards them. However, being a Christian, I believe that homosexuality is a sin, much like lying, stealing, hating and/or blasphemy. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 states that “Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.” As a Christian, I believe the Bible in its entirety, including that idolators, thieves, adulterers, as well as the rest mentioned in the passage will not be inheriting the kingdom of God. We have to understand that all of us are guilty of sin, whether we’ve broken 1 or all 10 of the 10 Commandments, we have been and are guilty of sinning to an wholly perfect and righteous God. I am not perfect and no one on this Earth is except for Jesus. I sincerely hope that you do not hate me, because hate is considered murder in the Bible! However, when everything is said and done, I still love you. I don’t care who you are or what you’ve done and as a Christian I am called to love my neighbors and I do that gladly! If you are gay/trans/nb/LGBTQA+ you are not fucking sinful. Ive seen enough churches at pride parades to tell me that my life as a member of the community is beautiful and should be celebrated. And if youre not religious(like me) youre still great! Dont feel bad for who you are, because youre not wrong. You are you and thats so wonderful! 🏳️‍🌈🌻❤️
