It's impossible to watch MP100 without having Mob in your top 3 he is simply the protagonist ever he is The Character cocaine. ONE just arrived and said hello here is Shigeo Kageyama (shadow/hidden depths pun in his SURNAME just so you know) he is an autistic middle schooler who is a living hydrogen bomb and he has a severe complex related to his ability to hurt others. He doesn't let himself have needs or emotions really and he explodes over it. It makes him super guilty. He also has intrusive thoughts and complex feelings and lots of grief and anger and resentment but that doesnāt make him less of a person. He is good not out of a "lack of negativity" but because he actively puts an effort on being better than he was yesterday. He is incredibly kind and forgives so much because he wants to think everybody can change, and so can he. He is quiet and has a soft voice. He can destroy people verbally. He doesn't get social cues but he gets others' issues pretty quick. He loves his little brother. He stares at clouds. He is bug eyed and has huge round cheeks. He has a very interesting inner world despite people's claims and is very thoughtful. He is anemic. He is a bit lame in the best way. His one dream was holding his crush's hand and walking her home and that thought alone made him blush furiously. He likes ugly clothes and cats. His character arc ends with him accepting he can be loved for his nastiest parts. And you say I'm not supposed to imprint on him or perhaps take him under my fluffy feathers like a chicken receiving some random chicks. Its just not possible
I just canāt believe some of u are soooo young u didnāt experience the early 2000s at all like even briefly . U were born and ur mother door dashed you home from the hospital

Complex video game moral choices
CLUE (1985) dir. JONATHAN LYNN
what is this genre of photos called
[image description: 11 photos of various cats trying their hardest to steal a bite of human foods, while their humans hold them back by grabbing their heads, causing them to have funny stretched faces and bug eyes.]
Something Iāve regularly complained about is how despite listing he/she pronouns on all of my profiles, regularly introducing myself with those pronouns, writing it on informational sheets that ask for pronouns⦠most people refer to me with āthey/themā. When I correct them, I often hear the excuse, āI default to they/them with everyone until told otherwise.ā Which⦠I am telling you otherwise, so we can just move on. Or Iāll get the excuse, āItās too difficult for me to memorize everyoneās pronouns, so I just use they/them for everyone to make it easier for me personally.ā Which, first of all, is still purposeful misgendering. Second, I struggle with matching faces to names. But I donāt go around calling everyone āGeorgeā to make my life easier. Because making the effort to learn a personās name and pronouns is basic respect. At the very least, if youāre struggling with it, recognize that someone correcting you is helping you.
A couple other things about this⦠these same people will often default to āshe/herā pronouns on feminine-presenting nonbinary people who use they/them pronouns, or he/him on masculine-presenting people, no matter how many times theyāre corrected. So itās clear that the actual deciding factor for their default assumptions is physical appearance and stereotyping, no matter the excuses they come up with.
Another thing Iāve taken note of recently is, a specific type of instance where someone will suddenly, consistently use he/him pronouns on me is if they are trying to badmouth me. Yes, they are technically correct, so itās not something I can call out directly. And to be fair, Iāve only observed this once or twice, and have observed it happening to other trans people online just a handful of times. But I can smell when itās a tactic to create the perception that someone is a ātypical manā as a negative. Itās difficult to describe the nuance, but I can tell the difference when someone is using correct pronouns as a sign of respect. Iām not suggesting misgendering as an alternative, or that itās wrong to do (again, I know that itās technically correct!). Itās just an observation.
All Iām asking is that people observe the habits in the language they use and question where those habits come from. And it would be nice if pronoun usage returned to the etiquette of asking/checking public profiles/making an effort to remember/accepting corrections with grace, instead of this default to physical perception, or the perceptions a person is trying to manipulate/create.
being extremely out of the loop especially regarding social media trends and discourse means you often end up learning things only after they've been turned into memes like ten times removed from the original context. for example the first time I ever read the term "girl dinner" it was on a gif of the T-Rex from Jurassic Park eating people so you can imagine the confusion when some time later I stumbled upon posts where people were hating on it and calling it gender essentialist

i cant believe that there's still gamergate STANK on games that women enjoy. NASTY misogyny residue. stardew valley is in fact a video game. animal crossing is also a video game. so are otome games and dating sims and twee little cozy games. sometimes a bitch doesnt wanna play bloodborne that shit's hard
guys who mainly play 2k and fortnite will still be like oh youre not a real gamer for having 1000 hours in stardew. mother fucker you're larping as a basketball player
