Thanks 🙌🏼👍🏼✌🏼️👌🏻😀to the #VegansofNewcastle #newcastlevegans along with (@JamesAspey organiser & brain child ) who gathered on Darby Street, Newcastle, Australia today as part of 'Today I am VOICELESS' #todayiamvoiceless This is the 1st time I have actively participated in a 😐silent action(I have clear tape around my mouth) ... and I gained some interesting insights & feedback. I also now strongly believe (the last 18 months) in promoting vegan education and ethics rather than single issue campaigns eg circuses, rodeos, ban live export etc. Always discuss, promote, and educate Veganism as the moral baseline👍🏼 otherwise veganism becomes diluted and flakey...as this is not a fad diet and you can't just pick and choose parts of veganism -vegansgoalltheway Whatever that person decides to do with the information is there choice & not by you saying that free range eggs are better than caged eggs as they still both involve cruelty & cholesterol etc🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔹🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸 I partook- "To promote peace over violence. I made #eattherainbow pizza, yesterday Pizza Sauce Base- Blend 1 cup of precook end mixed vegies(potatoes, sweet potatoes and pumpkin) #carbloading Add 1 small can of saltfree tomato paste 1 heaped tablespoon mixed herbs, a good dash of paprika, pepper and turmeric and 1 whole chilli (optional) Add to the base of (I pre-bake my base as it browns and crisps up the gluten free bases. Spread pizza base sauce onto the bases. I then added sliced tomatoes followed by diced red capsicums, zucchini, mushrooms, red onion, green garlic tops, avocado(pineapple would be nice too) I no longer eat sundried, tomatoes, olives, jalapeños due to the high salt content in the preserve but by all means please add these ingredients if they rock your vegan🚣 boat. I then added some home made cashew and avocado soft cheeze.. Blend 1 cup raw cashews with some water, add avocado & optional to add nutritional yeast flakes. Add fresh baby spinach, fennel and coriander Sit in the Sun and #carbthefuckup and don't #cutcarbscutlife (at pizza..... )
