When you’re someone like me where food is unbelievably expensive and you have to turn to food pantries for help the last thing you wanna see is a book telling you how to eat

When you don’t know where your next meal is even coming from and you have to take what you can get this is the last fucking thing you wanna see

“Oh you need food? Here’s how I think you should eat! Obviously you must be doing it wrong!” Is how that felt to me

People have no fucking sense
